Standard Manufacturer Warranty

All products, including units, filters, parts and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the purchase date. The purification elements and unit housings only are warranted for a 2-year period, prorated in 6 month intervals.

Berkey Lifetime Warranty

When you choose to be covered by our exclusive Berkey Care Warranty you receive a Lifetime warranty on stainless steel canister, spigots, washers, wing nuts and filters. For our customers who choose to, register at the time of their purchase, we provide a lifetime replacement policy as follows: If at anytime the container of your stainless steel Berkey water filter system (including spigots, washers or nuts) fails in anyway due to materials or workmanship, Berkey Filters UK will promptly replace that container or covered part free of charge. This offer only applies to our Lifetime Warranty customers. Customers will register automatically at time of purchase of the system in question. It does not cover damage caused by carelessness, accidents or abuse of the system or after the lifetime of the Black Berkey filters (filters will be inspected if any failure occur).
This is an exclusive offer only to our valued customers, from Berkey Water Filters Asia and is in addition to all other stated warranties from Berkey Water Filter Systems.

Imperial Berkey Water Filter system, perfect size for 4 - 8 + people
This system comes standard with 2 Black Berkey Purification Elements inside (Same filters as in other Berkey systems) but can be expanded up to 4 or 6 elements
The versatile Imperial Berkey system is the ideal system for use with mid to large-sized families of 4+ and small groups or during unexpected emergencies
Constructed with highly polished AISI 304 stainless steel (same high class stainless as in Big Berkey and other models)
Upper chamber nests within lower chamber for transport and stands only 43 cm in height

When will you ship my order?

All products are shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm. For Thai orders we use Kerrys who will deliver 2-3 days from dispatch.
We will provide a tracking number on the day of dispatch for you to track your consignment on the Kerrys website.

How fast will my water filter purify tap water?

The system will purify up to 13.3 litres per hour with 2 x Black Berkey filters inside (or 26.6 Litres per hour with 4 x Black Berkey filters inside).
In real terms, this equates to approximately 1 glass of water per minute.

Awesome water filter

Purchased after a friend recommendation. Installed, quality equipment, looks great and using it for a month so far. Works as intended and the water taste is ideal. Family is happy with the purchase.

I have the imperial about

I have the imperial about a month, so far so good. It does what it's supposed to do, it has made the water from my tap taste better, removing the chlorine taste. I also purchased the fluoride filters for extra filtration. All in all it's a good quality product, the imperial size is just about enough to supply all drinking, cooking and food washing for a couple for a day to day and a half. We also use the water for our dog. It's not cheap but it is good quality, I would have preferred if it came with a placement stand as standard but I don't want to pay €40 for one so I put it on a small table placed on top of the kitchen counter and it works fine.
